A 35year-old female patient who presented to the ER with complaints of SOB, noted weak and fatigued, using accessory muscle in breathing, unproductive cough, wheezing noted on auscultation. Patient was stabilized at the ER and transferred to the medical/surgical unit/floor for observation and continuous treatment. Patient was diagnosed with Asthma. Patient’s symptoms improved and was weaned off oxygen. Patient states she currently works and is hoping to get back to work and to normal routine
